Its interior design is a wonderful mix of antique furniture, warm light fixtures, and colorful knickknacks.

Lucia’s has seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as common areas for guests—a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. Outside, they have a garden area which is also set up as the breakfast area, so you get to enjoy your breakfast under the pine trees.

Rooms at the Garden level start at PhP2,800 per night for 2 persons, while the whole floor which can accommodate up to 17 persons can be rented out for PhP16,800 per night. The upper floor has three rooms, and the room for two starts at PhP3,400 per night. The whole floor can accommodate up to nine persons for PhP15,000 per night.

Guesthaven used to be the former vacation house of the late, decorated comedian Dolphy.
